The Establishment is anything but. Savvy and sophisticated, this young contender enchants with its utter fabulousness. Occupying an old warehouse, the inside is sleek and refined. A polished lobby of white brick walls and dark wood furniture is spruced up with fuchsia.
You’re invited to match your mood to your room with a choice of pared down or bold decor. Yearning for tranquillity? Then head to one of the softer rooms, where a soothing colour scheme of light greys and neutrals create a light, airy sanctuary. If however you’re feeling more playful, check into one of the bold rooms. Shiny black floors, slate grey walls, dark, moody furniture and flashes of strong colour will soon intoxicate you with their unashamed glamour.
The aura of opulence is enhanced by hi-tech gadgetry, fine Egyptian cottons and bvlgari smellies. The hotel’s award-tastic eatery Est has mod-Oz king Peter Doyle at its helm and is a must-visit. While it’s tempting to keep going back, there are seven other eateries to savour. From sublime sushi, to potent cocktails at Hemesphere and dancing at Tank, The Establishment has it covered.
The Establishment is located a few minutes stroll from the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, in the CBD, making it a prime location for business or leisure. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and for those looking for a lively spot, The Establishment comes alive at the weekend with a choice of restaurants, bars and even its own nightclub, which Establishment guest have VIP access to.
