Buyer, be aware: you can indeed have it all. At Angel’s Villa – a single-storey collection of buildings dressed in “chocolate” and “coffee” tones and a crisply tailored minimalism – guests can tuck themselves into a tropical hideaway while secure in the knowledge that shopping, clubbing and sight-seeing are only a short drive away.
Close to Seminyak on Bali’s southwestern coast, Angel’s Villa boasts three bedrooms dominated by stark white walls that offset the owner’s impressive collection of local artwork and antique sculptures. Inside the compound, a walled garden bristles with palm trees and heliconia, the staff awaits guests’ every request and a lap pool beckons the physically active.
All bedrooms are next to both the pool and garden, and include adjacent black-and-white bathrooms and custom-built king-sized beds. The living/dining area – where the villa’s “angel”, a 19th-century marble statue, resides – is partially open-air and also overlooks the pool. Also poolside: a wooden “bale” for trashy reading and a sundeck for sunbathing.
Location & How to get there
Angel’s Villa is a mere twenty-five minutes' drive from the airport, and is conveniently located for all of the main shops, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from a wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku Dé Ta, Hu’u Bar, Living Room and La Lucciola.
It is also within walking distance of a collection of designer boutiques, and only one kilometre from the magnificent Seminyak beach, renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets.

Payments & Cancellations
a) The full rental amount must be received by Retreat East within three (3) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
b) For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. But a credit card authorization will need to be taken.
c) If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). 50% of the booking will be forfeited. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the full booking will be forfeited and is non refundable.
d) Notice of cancellation must be received by Retreat East by email or fax.
e) Be aware that all clients at Retreat East villas who agree to the terms and conditions, Retreat East will have credit card authorization which will allow Retreat East to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa. If for any reason that credit card transaction is refused by the bank and/or damages incurred by the client exceed that amount legal action will be taken.
Changes To Bookings
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed.
Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
