The Puri Bawana Estate is located in the fishing village of Canggu, within walking distance of the rugged beach, which is renowned for its world-class surf breaks. The locality is dotted with some of the most impressive villas on the island and the sweeping view is enhanced on clear days by the magical sight of the Bali’s mountains.

This out of town setting offers the double attraction of being relatively close to the shops and restaurants of Seminyak, while also presenting a fascinating insight into the traditions of rural Bali. Cows are herded through the fields, rice is planted and harvested throughout year, and the sound of ritual music is carried on the breeze.

Payments & Cancellations
a) The full rental amount must be received by Retreat East within three (3) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
 
b) For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable. But a credit card authorization will need to be taken.

c) If the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). 50% of the booking will be forfeited. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival (or 61 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the full booking will be forfeited and is non refundable.

d) Notice of cancellation must be received by Retreat East by email or fax. 
 
e) Be aware that all clients at Retreat East villas who agree to the terms and conditions, Retreat East will have credit card authorization which will allow Retreat East to charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa.  If for any reason that credit card transaction is refused by the bank and/or damages incurred by the client exceed that amount legal action will be taken.

Changes To Bookings
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed.
Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
