The villa is located 20 minutes from Bali’s International Airport, and is convenient for all of Bali’s main shops, shopping malls, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots. Easily accessible sporting amenities including the ‘Nirwana Bali Golf Course’, which was designed by Greg Norman and voted the number 1 golf course in Indonesia. Payments & Cancellations

Retreat East are only responsible for making the booking with Prestige Bali Villas who are the Management Company in Bali. Prestige Bali Villas will be responsible for the payment process, organising airport transfers and for making your stay in the Villas a pleasant one. You will be informed by email from Prestige Bali Villas when you need to make a deposit payment to hold the villa.

Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners.

Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.

All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Prestige Bali Villas will endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
