The Villa is located on the most in vogue stretch of Jalan Laksmana, situated in complete privacy down a shady lane that keeps the outside world at a discreet distance. All this only one hundred meters from the Indian ocean ! At night the only sounds heard are the tropical breeze in swaying coconut palms, and the distant crashing of the surf.

Payments & Cancellations

Retreat East are only responsible for making the booking with Prestige Bali Villas who are the Management Company in Bali. Prestige Bali Villas will be responsible for the payment process, organising airport transfers and for making your stay in the Villas a pleasant one. You will be informed by email from Prestige Bali Villas when you need to make a deposit payment to hold the villa.

Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before the booked arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of individual property owners.

Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the guest in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.

All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Prestige Bali Villas will endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
