A stay at Evason Phuket & Six Senses Spa could be roughly comparable to a stay at the home of an Asian Bond villain, without the lasers or bad puns. Stunning sea views, beautiful pan-Asian architecture and an expanse of water all form the hallmarks for what is sure to be a memorable stay.
That Evason hallmark – a dizzying multitude of room types – is certainly on display here, including Honeymoon Suite (set on semi-private Bon Island) and Andaman Cove (with master bedroom, dining area, and kitchen). Even the basic Evason studio offers an oversized bed with mosquito netting and open style bathrooms.
The array of restaurants with straightforward names is also here. American- and Asian-themed Into the View is the main outlet; Into Thai features dishes from all regions of the country and sea views. Try a casual barbecue lunch at Onto the Island. Finally, a wine cellar awaits at the interestingly named Into Pondering, the lobby lounge
Guests arriving at Phuket International Airport are greeted and transferred via the resort’s own airport transfer service. It is an easy and scenic, 55-minute drive from Phuket International Airport to Evason Phuket.Guests departing from Six Senses Destination Spa Phuket to Evason Phuket have a 7-minute powerboat trip from Naka Yai Island to Ao Po Pier, then a 50-minute drive to Evason Phuket.
Environment
In many ways The Evason Phuket is an excellent example of sustainability in that the whole resort was developed in the shell of an existing building, perhaps the ultimate recycling experience for such a property. Added to this, numerous features and practices have been put in place to minimize negative impacts and embrace positive impacts. All embody the Evason theme - Redefining Experiences.
Evason Phuket's Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy is focusing on energy efficiency, water management, waste management, social commitment, protecting natural surroundings, air quality and noise control. Evason Phuket is proud to be the first Green Globe 21 Certified resort in South East Asia and the winner of Wild Asia's Responsible Tourism Award 2006.
