Smart, refined and secluded, Layan Estate is all that you’d expect from an island escape.  This enclave of tropical gardens and modern design allows you to relax, revive and play.   

Clean lined, contemporary architecture reveals a soothing interior design. White walls create a neutral backdrop for an understated décor of earth colours, dark teak, oversize sofas and rattan flooring accented with Asian knick knacks and splashes of modern art. Sliding doors open up on to the expansive pool deck and tamed gardens which surround an impressive 20m pool. 

Bedrooms follow the same uncluttered aesthetic, though the specially designed kids’ room has plenty of colour and toys to keep little people happy.  Add in the family-sized kitchen, surround- sound entertainment and outdoor play area and this warm, modern home is the perfect family retreat. 

 

 

Location & How to get there

The Villa is in Layan Beach, West coast of Phuket island, 15 minutes from the airport.Phuket town is a mere 35 minutes drive, Cherngtalay and the Laguna Complex with its array of restaurants is 5 mins away while Patong beach, the main Night life area of Phuket is also 25 minutes drive to the south. Laguna Golf Club is within walking distance.

Villa Rates & Payment
• Daily rates from US$ 650 to 850 depending on seasons 
• Chirstmas/NY - US$ 1,400
• Rates exclude 10% service charge and 7% tax 
• Daily rates include daily Maid cleaning service 
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 6 (six) Guests 
• Minimum stay of 7 nights (10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Mid seasons) 

Deposit
• For all seasons except for Christmas / New Year, a three (3) days booking fee as a deposit is required to confirm the reservation within 48 hours of the confirmation of availability 
• For Christmas & New Year, fifty percent (50%) booking fee as a deposit is required to be paid to secure a reservation within 48 hours of the confirmation of availability. 

Balance
• Regardless of the period, balance payment is due in full no later than 30 days prior to date of arrival.
• For all Last Minute reservations (less than 30 days)  and regardless of the duration of stay we require advance payment in full of the total Villa charges.
 
Cancellation Conditions
• For Intermediate, High and Promotional Seasons, all payment (s) received will be credited for use in the same villa as originally booked for within 9 month of the cancellation date if the booking is cancelled after the payment (s) date. 
• For Prime Season, Christmas/New Year and if the booking is cancelled after the deposit and/or balance payment date, all payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
