Twin Palms, which initially looks like an homage to the boutique hotel school of “chicly minimalist design plus laissez-faire service”, is actually a hands-on paean to personalization, where every detail has been looked after, long before you ever got there.
Yes, rooms appear dressed in the very latest in utilitarian chic, dominated by dark, white and beige, and plenty of light. But even relatively modest deluxe rooms include oversized bathrooms, shaded by private gardens, giant beds and private terraces. Outlets don’t need adaptors; air conditioning is “silent”.
Dining outlets also pay attention to detail. Oriental Spoon, featuring doubly high ceilings showcasing mobile Thai art, serves a mix of Thai and western cuisine, while light, airy Sejuice gives body conscious diners a slice of guilt-free dining. Catch Beach Club takes advantage of the hotel’s beach access, providing grilled seafood in the sand.

Twinpalms Phuket is located approx. 175 meters from the beach, which produces a peaceful and exclusive environment. _Surin beach is one of Phuket’s most beautiful and least crowded beaches. Located on the sought after west coast of Phuket on a stretch, which is often referred to as “millionaires’ row”. Luxury hotels are within walking distance, as are several very upmarket private residential developments. From the airport it takes about 25 minutes to reach Twinpalms Phuket.

Today, Twinpalms Phuket is at the fore of local industry by being a leader in preserving the island’s natural beauty, eco-systems and environment.
In order to conserve the use of electricity the rooms have many elements governed by computer. For example, the lights and the air-conditioning system are automatically shut-down if the doors to the room have been left open. All the restaurants require minimal air-conditioning as they have an ‘open door’ policy which allows the volume of power consumed by each outlet to be lowered and brought in line with the eco-conscious philosophy of the hotel. All waste disposal is regulated following a strict recycle policy.
The hotel supports local businesses and the majority of produce is sourced from nearby markets. Manufactured goods, such as beauty products, are provided by organic and actively eco-friendly local enterprises. Whenever possible, the hotel only conducts business with like-minded companies. All the art-work is created by Phuket residents. Phuket also provides over 90% of the hotel workforce from the most junior to the Hotel management.
